Return conditions
The satisfaction of each customer is important for Ltd Win-Win. Therefore, we spare no effort to ensure that the offered products are of high quality and satisfy your wishes. In cases where the delivered product is damaged or does not conform to the data specified on the website, we offer product replacement or refund in accordance with the conditions below.
The return conditions are an integral part of the terms and conditions of use of the website. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of using the website, you also agree to these return terms.
- Conditions for changing products
1.1. Products are subject to exchange if:
1.1.1 The product has a factory defect (which does not mean mechanical damage).
1.1.2 During the formation of the order, the hypermarket made an error, as a result of which you received the wrong model and/or products with the wrong characteristics.
1.1.3 Within 14 days from the order, decide to exchange the purchased products for another similar model. At this time, please visit the nearest branch and exchange it for another product.
1.2. The company LTD Win-Win provides transportation when returning/replacing the product by the customer, if:
- the product does not correspond to the order/or the technical specifications posted on the website;
• The product has a factory defect;
• The product is damaged during transportation;
2. Conditions for returning products
2.1. Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase if:
- The packaging of the products is not damaged, the appearance of the goods, consumer properties, signs, factory labels, etc. have been preserved.
- The product was not used.
2.2. When returning the products, you must present the purchase receipt or any other document confirming the payment; Also the identity card of the buyer.
2.3. If you wish to return the product, please contact the Win-Wins information center in advance and inform about the return of the product;
2.4. In order to initiate the process, you need to inform the company of the identification data of the product to be returned, the order number, the date of the order, the date of receipt of the order and the reason for the return (it may be necessary to upload a photo of the product and proof of payment and send it to LTD Win-Win at the email address: win.win.georgia@ gmail.com
2.5. At the time of product return/exchange, the product must be accompanied by all accompanying parts given at the time of purchase (the product must be presented in complete packaging with a box) and documentation (bill of lading, proof of payment, warranty sheet (if any)
2.6. LTD Win-Win undertakes to compensate the user for the amount paid for the product in case the user wishes to return the purchased product:
2.6.1 100%, if: the factory packaging of the product is unopened, undamaged and accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents given at the time of purchase (bill of lading, document confirming payment, warranty sheet, etc.);
2.6.2 100% – in the case that the product has a factory defect or the product does not correspond to the order/or the technical characteristics posted on the website or the product is damaged during the transportation process and is accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents given at the time of purchase (bill of lading, proof of payment) , warranty card, etc.).
2.6.3. Up to 90-100% if the factory packaging of the product is opened and it is determined as a result of diagnosis that the product to be returned by the user has preserved all the functional characteristics and no visual defect is observed, and also accompanied by all the accompanying parts and documents given at the time of purchase (bill of lading , document confirming the payment of the amount, guarantee sheet, etc.).
2.6.4. Up to 60-80% if the product's factory packaging is damaged and/or as a result of diagnosis, it was determined that the product to be returned by the user has preserved all the functional characteristics, however, visual defect/s are observed.
2.6.5. If, as a result of diagnosis, it is determined that the product to be returned by the user has not preserved all functional and/or visual characteristics and/or is not accompanied by all the accompanying parts and documents provided at the time of purchase (outer packaging (box), bill of lading, proof of payment, guarantee sheet and etc.) The company reserves the right not to return the product and, accordingly, not to return the amount paid for the product.
2.6.6. The money can be refunded only by non-cash payment by crediting the customer to the card account with which the item was purchased. The cost of the customer's product will be returned within 5 (five) working days.
2.7 The order can be canceled in the following cases:
2.7.1. The process of order processing and internal movement of products has not been started.
2.7.2. The product has not left the warehouse, that is, the process of transportation to the customer has not started.
2.7.3. In the cases provided by clauses 2.7.1 and 2.7.2, the cancellation of the order can be done partially, with the deduction of the cost incurred by the company or on the condition of compensation.
2.7.4. The condition of clause 2.7.3 does not apply to installments, as partial cancellation of installments is not possible.
2.7.5 The company has the right not to cancel the order if there are other unforeseen grounds than those provided for in this agreement.
3. The procedure for reimbursement of the cost of transportation services 3.1. Ltd Win-Win company reimburses the cost of transportation services when returning/replacing the product by the user, if:
- the product does not correspond to the order/or the technical specifications posted on the website;
• The product has a factory defect;
• The product is damaged during transportation;
3.2. In all other cases, the cost of the transportation service shall be paid by the user.
